Welcome back to our blog! Sorry, we haven’t posted in so long. A few weeks ago we got together and made some recipes from the blog POOSH. If you don’t know about POOSH it’s Kourtney Kardashian’s blog where she posts wellness tips, beauty tips, and lots of recipes!
We tested out two recipes. Her matcha waffles and papaya boats! Today we will be talking about the matcha waffles and in our next post, we will talk about the papaya boats.

Just so you know, we both don’t like bananas so we did strawberries instead! We also made mini waffles with a mini waffle maker.
First, we made the batter by following the instructions above. We found the mix to be a little dry, so we added some oat milk to thin it out. Then, we added the batter to the waffle iron and started cooking them. We topped them with some whipped cream and dusted a little matcha powder on top (even though the recipe didn’t call for that). This is what they turned out like after they were done!
We found that adding the oat milk helped a lot and if you do make these for sure do that step. Just a few splashes worked.
Overall, the waffles turned out super yummy! The texture was a little different than normal waffles because they are a healthier option… but we would overall recommend it! In our next post, we will talk about the papaya boats we made so stay tuned.
