10 Ways to Stay Positive!

Hey guys, 

It’s Aliyah and Emma back at it again with a new post! Sorry about not posting lately, we had a bit of a mix up with our article! Anyways, today we will be sharing 10 tips on how to stay positive. Hope you enjoy it! 


1.) Write out a list of things you are grateful for

You can make it really cute and add drawing to go along with each saying or just make a simple list!


2.) Facetime or call someone who makes you really happy

We all need a little cheering up right now, so, whether it’s your best friend or your grandma calling someone who will def cheer you up.


3.) Bake your fav yummy treat

From a cake to cookies we all love those yummy treats! This will make you happy because it could bring you back to happy times or just get you in a better mood!  


4.) Blast some music and have a dance party

Upbeat music is meant to make you happy, dancing is also cheerful because it’s active and fun.


5.) If you can, go for a drive 

It’s very nice to have a change in scenery. You can also play some music and roll down the windows, for a nice breeze. This can be very relaxing.


6.) Help someone 

Right now is an especially good time to help other people, not only will this make them feel better but it will also make you happy. It can be hard to help others though, so maybe start small with just your family. 


7.) Be active in some way

Activity and movement is proven to cheer you up. If you're sick of going for a walk everyday, maybe find a new path, or ride your bike. Or you can even pick up a new hobby, like yoga. 


8.) Watch your fav show and or movie 

Watching your fav show or movie will make you escape from the real world and be with your fav characters! This is also just a super fun thing to do in general. 


9.) Drink more water and eat more foods that make you feel good

Eating/drinking things that make you feel healthy will put you in a better mood and help you to feel better about yourself. (make sure to lookout for an upcoming post from us about some yummy healthy foods you can eat)


10.) Do one of your passions!!

Whether this is drawing or cooking if its something you love your guaranteed to have a big smile on your face!
